Residential Anger Management Programme – Jul 31 – Aug 2, Westport, Co. Mayo (Fully booked)
This weekend residential programme will explore how to understand and evaluate your anger and stress levels. Participants will learn cutting-edge techniques combined with an experiential approach, formulating strategies to successfully deal with anger, conflict and stress. You will identify your anger triggers, develop an acute profile of your own anger and stress levels and transform them into a healthy part of your life.
The cost of the weekend residential programme is €495 and includes accommodation and all meals.
The Inside & Out Programme for Adolescents. 2021
“Inside & Out” is a one week residential programme for teenagers aged 13-16 years. The programme is suitable for young people experiencing anxiety and/or low self-esteem or self-confidence. As well as a range of outdoors activities, there will also be opportunities for individual therapeutic work with each participant, as well as group work. Issues covered over the week include anxiety, self-esteem, bullying, anger and stress management, improving self-esteem and relaxation techniques. The nature of the group, given the profile of the young people, is very person centred, forgiving and accepting of difference and diversity. We work hard to ensure that it is a very emotionally supportive environment for the young people who attend the programme. We also have provision for young people with T1 diabetes on our camps, in collaboration with their parents or carer.
Outdoor activities can include Archery, Surfing, Kayaking, hill walking/mountain hiking, coasteering and SUP (stand up paddling) The young people stay in a fully approved house in Achill under the care of the facilitators of the Inside & Out Programme.
The cost of the camp is €1300 per teenager for the week. There are a maximum of 10 participants on each camp.

The cost of the camp is €1500 per teenager for the week and is inclusive food, accommodation and therapeutic interventions. . There are a maximum of 8 participants on each camp.
